We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that sale items and promotional products are not eligible for return.
Exchanges are available for different sizes or colors within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition with tags attached. Exchange shipping fees may apply.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
